WORKSHOPS & EVENTS
The Workshops & Events committee will be responsible for making suggestions and planning workshops, events, and gatherings throughout the calendar year. This includes setting dates, scheduling special guests and workshop instructors, arranging logistics, and helping to create a more engaging experience for each event. If you love to plan events and thrive off of logistics that generate results, this committee is for you!
MARKETING & MEDIA
The Marketing & Media Committee uses social media and email marketing to raise an awareness about the outstanding people and happenings in Nashville's film community. The aim is to promote NFG workshops and events and advocate for Nashville's talent and resources to other cities and states. People who love being creative with video, photo, writing, social media, advertising, and web design are encouraged to apply.
DIVERSITY, EQUITY, & INCLUSION
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee creates opportunities to unite different groups of people around the common love of filmmaking. This committee aims to encourage equal representation and participation within the Guild and throughout the film community. Nashville is a diverse place to live, so we are working to help make that diversity reflected by our local crews and the type of content being made here. If you are part of an outreach or DEI effort in your company, we would like to collaborate!
MEMBER & SPONSOR ENGAGEMENT
The Member & Sponsor Engagement Committee will create plans and strategies to boost memberships, sponsorships and general giving for the organization. This may include creating campaigns, developing relationships and reaching out to other various organizations to develop partnerships. This is a people-oriented committee and experience in fundraising is a plus!
